Albanian national broadcaster, RTSH, will officially confirm their participation in Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in June.
Sources within RTSH, say that Albania is probably going to be part of the next edition, but that the official confirmation will come on the next month.
If Albania says yes, it will be the fourth participation for the country in this contest, which this year takes place in the Georgian capital, Tbilissi, in 26 of November 2017.
The countries that have confirmed so far, are Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine and of course, the host country, Georgia.
Last year, Albania was represented by the very young and talented artist, Klesta Qehaja and her song "Besoj" (Believe) but without reaching any good score at the final held in the maltese capital, Valletta.
